Overview

Forex Cipher Ltd. (Forex Cipher, we, us or our) provides trading information, tools and access to the services described on this website. These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, purchase a product or use a service. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and the product and purchase terms shown for your order.

Use the services only where you are legally permitted to do so. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or purchase access.

Our services

Our services may include Forex and Gold Signals, Cipher Signals & Intelligence, Algo Trading, Auto Trader EA, Cipher Copier, educational material, calculators, market information, trading journals and dashboard features. Access depends on the product, plan, supported platform and activation requirements stated for your order.

A signal, indicator, calculator or educational example is not a recommendation that a particular trade is suitable for you. Automated execution can involve additional software, broker permissions and connection requirements. Any account-management arrangement requires a separate agreement describing the service, permissions, fees and responsibilities; a general website membership does not create such an arrangement.

Accounts, security and access

Provide accurate account and purchase information, keep your contact details current and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share paid access, impersonate another person or bypass access controls. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Telegram, Discord, TradingView and other product connections may require an account with the relevant provider. Use the same customer email and order reference when requesting activation or support. Each provider's own terms also apply.

Prices, payments and activation

Review the currency, total price, billing period, included services, payment instructions and any offer conditions before paying. The order confirmation identifies the purchase. Broker deposits, trading capital, spreads, commissions, exchange fees and third-party platform charges are separate from a Forex Cipher product fee unless expressly included.

Access may require payment confirmation and product activation. A pending payment is not confirmation of active access. If a payment or membership looks incorrect, contact support before placing another order. Do not assume a recurring charge is enabled unless the checkout expressly states it and you authorize it.

Renewals, cancellations and refunds

Your dashboard and order confirmation show the purchased access period. Contact support from the account email to request cancellation, a renewal change or billing help, and include the order reference. Cancellation concerns future access or billing and does not automatically refund a completed purchase.

Eligible paid plans advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. Submit a request within 30 days of purchase so we can identify the order and check the terms and eligibility disclosed for that purchase. Any product-specific scope or exceptions must be disclosed before payment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. The guarantee covers an eligible service fee; it does not reimburse trading losses, broker charges or changes in market value.

Broker partner access

Free premium access through a partner broker is conditional on the program requirements shown on the Brokers page and confirmation that your account is linked to the applicable partner code. Access can change if the broker account stops meeting those conditions.

Partner brokers are independent businesses. We may receive referral or introducing-broker compensation. Opening a partner account is your decision; verify the broker's regulation, country availability, fees and risk disclosures. Partner access does not guarantee a trading result, and Forex Cipher is not the broker holding your deposited funds.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Paid content and software are licensed for the use described for your product, not sold for unrestricted redistribution. Unless we give written permission, do not resell access, publish private signals, redistribute software or documentation, remove ownership notices or use our branding to imply an endorsement.

Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private customer information, upload harmful material or use our communities for harassment or deceptive promotions. You retain rights to content you submit and allow us to process it to provide the requested service. If we ask to feature your feedback publicly, provide only information you are comfortable sharing.

Availability and changes

Market data, signals, integrations and software can be delayed, interrupted or unavailable. Maintenance, provider outages, market conditions and product changes may affect delivery. Check time-sensitive information independently and keep control of any live trading system.

We may update these terms or service features. The date on this page identifies the current text. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will communicate the relevant change through the available customer contact channels. We may restrict access where needed for security, unlawful use or a material breach, subject to applicable rights.

Risk, responsibility and legal rights

Trading involves the risk of substantial loss. You are responsible for your trading decisions, position size, broker selection and whether to enable automation. Read our Disclaimer for the limitations of signals, historical records and simulated results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted services, error-free data or a specific financial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific agreements and applicable mandatory law continue to govern the services to which they apply.

Questions and complaints

Contact Forex Cipher support with your account email, order reference and a clear description of the issue. Billing and service complaints are reviewed against the purchase record and applicable terms. Privacy requests can be made through the Privacy Rights Request Form.
