A clear guide to cookies, browser storage and the choices available on the Forex Cipher website.

What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Local storage holds information on your device until it is removed. We use these technologies for requested account features, website preferences and privacy choices. Some external services use their own technologies when you visit them or request their features.

Necessary website functions

Authentication sessions keep you signed in and support account security. Supabase authentication cookies use names beginning with sb- and vary with the configured project. Your browser also stores fc-theme and fc-theme-mode for the selected display theme and fc-dashboard-sidebar for the dashboard layout.

The fc-consent cookie records your privacy choices for up to 180 days, unless you remove it earlier. Authentication expiry is managed by the account session and provider. Display preferences stay on your device until changed or cleared. Necessary account or security functions cannot be switched off through the optional cookie controls without affecting the service.

Analytics and marketing

No optional website analytics or advertising pixel is currently integrated in the site. The Analytics and Marketing controls record your choice for these categories; enabling a category does not itself install a tracker. Optional categories are off by default.

If we introduce an optional tool, we must identify it and respect the relevant stored choice before enabling it where consent or an opt-out is required. Marketing email preferences are separate from cookie choices and can be changed through the email unsubscribe option.

Live chat and external services

The Crisp live-chat service is loaded when you choose to open a chat. It may use its own session technologies to deliver that conversation. External broker, payment, Telegram, Discord and Trustpilot pages apply their own privacy and cookie controls.

Changing your choices

Use Cookie Preferences to save optional categories or reject them together. You can return at any time. Removing or blocking browser storage can reset your choices, sign you out or remove your selected theme.

A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of the Marketing category and applicable sale or sharing on this browser. Browser-level choices do not identify every account or automatically change data practices on other websites.
